When scanning or taking a photo of your receipt/proof of purchase, please make sure that the product name, purchase date, store name and transaction amount are visible.
Photography Tips
Perfect
The receipt is in good condition, well-lit, and centred in the frame on a plain background.
Too dark
Make sure the receipt is not obscured by shadows or objects.
Crumpled
Make sure the receipt is not damaged and can be read easily. Ensure it is flat like the picture above.
Skewed
Make sure your receipt is not significantly tilted towards or away from the camera.
